Have you ever seen an animated picture?? Wanted to know how to get one?
Well, I am making free animated GIFs for anyone. (I will take off my penguins name if anyone wants one.)
Just request:
1. What the penguin should be doing.
2. Any more info (Color of penguin, what text, etc.)

Either put:

Or:

Could I plz have a dancing penguin and the caption ‘Woop woop!’ in dark blue at the bottom, with the ‘ thingies in light blue? Thanks slush, ur the best!
